Community hospital part of a system looking for Nurse Manager Burn Trauma ICU, for a Level 1 500+ bed campus!
Will oversee 30 beds (16 Trauma ICU and 14 Burn ICU).
Head count is at 85 FTE's 57.
Reports to the Director of Critical Care Services
Experience in Trauma or Burn and leadership, performance improvement projects, communication skills, flexibility, willing to come and work nights and weekends.
- Licensed RN license with BSN, Masters preferred.
- 5+ years of acute care experience as an RN in the BURN or Trauma ICU.
- 2+ years of acute care BURN or Trauma ICU RN Leadership experience in the ICU.
- NEED TO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AT MAGNET OR PATHWAYS FACILITIES
- National Specialty Certification or plan to achieve within 1 year of hire.
- BLS/ACLS is required.
- Trauma experience is highly preferred.
